14-Day Return Window

You may return any unused, unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in and go to Dashboard → Orders
2. Click "Request Return" on the relevant order
3. Select the items and reason
4. Print the prepaid return label and drop off at any courier point

Refund Timeline

• Card payments: refunded within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: wallet credit issued within 2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Digital products after download

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
